Forest Guard

Are you an active, disciplined, and nature-minded individual ready to safeguard the national green infrastructure of Pakistan? The Kohat Forest Division is offering an exceptional career pathway for physical fitness enthusiasts to step into the role of Forest Guard (BPS-08). Stationed within the Kohat region, you will take full ownership of environmental surveillance, forest reserve protection, and the enforcement of local wildlife conservation codes. This role is highly demanding and strictly relies on elite physical standards. To qualify, you must possess an Intermediate in Science qualification and be entirely free from all physical or mental disabilities. Candidates must stand at a minimum height of 5 feet 6 inches, maintain a minimum chest expansion measurement of 32–34 inches, and successfully qualify for the grueling physical endurance milestone of running a 3 KM marathon race within 15 minutes. Selected personnel will be required to undergo a compulsory one-year formal Training of Forest Guard program at the prestigious Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School in Abbottabad. Furthermore, selected guards must furnish a physical legal Surety Bond of Rs. 300,000/- on stamp paper, committing to serve the department continuously for a minimum period of five years.
