Are you a seasoned culinary professional who excels in high-volume, premium food operations? Our organization is looking to onboard multiple kitchen experts for the role of Cook-II. Tasked with managing our institutional kitchens, you will lead the preparation of diverse Pakistani and continental menus for daily employee meals and official banquets. Core responsibilities include tracking fresh supply metrics, implementing strict kitchen sanitary codes, managing kitchen hand schedules, and optimizing portion controls to prevent waste. To meet our requirements, you must hold a Middle school qualification and have at least 6 years of proven cooking experience inside large-scale institutional setups, high-end hotels, or military messes. Deep knowledge of food storage temperatures, commercial kitchen tool safety, and menu budget management is highly critical. Physical stamina to handle long working hours and a strict sense of punctuality are essential to keeping our dining services running flawlessly. The age cap is fixed at 35 years.
