Candidates are also required to:

Deposit the prescribed application processing fee through the available bank payment channels.
Submit the required hard copy/printout of the online application through courier along with the required documents.
Attach attested copies of CNIC, domicile, educational certificates/transcripts, experience certificates, and other relevant documents where applicable.
Candidates applying for Professor/Associate Professor positions must also submit their complete research publication record as required in the advertisement.

Important Instructions
Only degrees from HEC-recognized universities/institutions will be considered.
Government, semi-government and autonomous-body employees must apply through the proper channel.
Government servants must provide a Departmental Permission Certificate/NOC.
Where experience is required, documentary proof of experience must be provided.
Experience from private organizations will be accepted only where the organization is registered with the relevant regulatory authority.
Research publications must meet the requirements specified by HEC and the university.
Only Punjab domicile candidates will be considered for non-teaching positions.
Women, minorities and persons with disabilities quotas will be observed according to applicable Government of Punjab rules.
Candidates applying against a specific quota must clearly mention the quota in their application.
Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
