Strategic Credit Leadership: Oversee and drive the entire credit operational framework across the assigned region, ensuring seamless asset quality management and strict alignment with the bank’s corporate financial objectives.
Risk Mitigation & Policy Enforcement: Evaluate high-value commercial loan proposals, perform extensive credit risk assessments, and ensure absolute compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) prudential regulations and internal credit policies.
Portfolio Monitoring & Growth: Continuously monitor regional credit portfolios to minimize non-performing loans (NPLs), structure complex credit facilities, and mentor regional credit teams toward optimal risk-adjusted returns.
Ecosystem Empowerment: Actively contribute to an inclusive environment focused on growth opportunities, professional development, and strategic initiatives that empower the socio-economic status of women across Pakistan.
