Faisal Town Group is hiring an IT Support Specialist (L1/L2) for its Head Office in Faisal Town, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and managing infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions through Active Directory.
Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.
Maintain IT documentation and assist end users with technical guidance and best practices.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and ISP-related support.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and troubleshooting.
