Job Overview
Nishat Chunian Ltd. is seeking a Site HR Manager responsible for leading the Human Resources and Industrial Relations functions across three manufacturing sites. This role requires regular travel across manufacturing units.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with factory leadership for optimal staffing levels, lead recruitment across all levels, manage onboarding, and execute succession planning for management positions.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and external audit compliances.
Maintain strong working relationships with the Labour Department and other relevant government bodies.
Oversee time office operations, payroll inputs, and HRIS data while ensuring the maintenance of proper records.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Monitor key HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, vacancies, manpower utilization) and provide actionable insights to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration.
4â6 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role specifically in textile manufacturing.
Excellent knowledge of labour laws, industrial relations, and factory/social compliance.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel regularly across manufacturing sites.
